15 years. 8,200+ repairs. A 4.9-star reputation built one satisfied customer at a time. Same-day service, certified technicians, and a 90-day guarantee on every single job.
A-Team Appliance Repair was founded in Battle Ground, WA in 2009 with a single conviction: that homeowners deserve honest, expert appliance service without the runaround. No vague diagnoses, no inflated quotes, no ghosting after a callback. Just certified technicians who show up on time, diagnose accurately, fix it right the first time, and back their work with a guarantee that actually means something.
Every member of the A-Team is a full-time, factory-certified employee not a subcontractor found through a dispatch board. We invest heavily in manufacturer-specific training for brands like Samsung, LG, Whirlpool, GE, Bosch, Miele, and Sub-Zero, and every technician carries a fully stocked service vehicle with over 5,000 OEM and OEM-equivalent parts. The result: 97% of our repairs across Battle Ground, WA are completed on the very first visit.
We operate on three non-negotiable principles. First, total transparency: you receive a written flat-rate quote before any work begins, and that number never changes when the invoice arrives. Second, genuine expertise: we diagnose with precision rather than replacing parts at random, which protects your wallet and your appliance. Third, accountability: our 90-day warranty on all parts and labor is a real promise if the same issue returns, we come back to your Battle Ground, WA home and make it right at absolutely no cost to you.
The appliance repair industry has a reputation problem and not without reason. Too many companies use low advertised prices to get in the door, then escalate charges once the appliance is disassembled. Too many dispatch generic contractors who lack brand-specific knowledge. Too many offer warranties that are effectively worthless in practice.
A-Team was built as a direct response to those failures. We hire only experienced, certified technicians. We price honestly from the start. We stock the parts needed to complete repairs on the first visit. And when we say our warranty has zero exceptions, we mean exactly that no fine print, no exclusions, no hassle.
That approach has earned us a 4.9-star average across 500+ verified reviews from real Battle Ground, WA homeowners, a 94% customer return rate, and recognition as the Best Appliance Repair Company in Battle Ground, WA for multiple consecutive years. We're proud of those numbers and we work every day to maintain them.
