Don't take our word for it — here's what our customers across Affton, MO have to say about A-Team Appliance Repair.
"Our refrigerator stopped cooling on a Friday night. A-Team had a tech here Saturday morning — fixed it in under 2 hours. Absolutely outstanding service and very fair pricing!"
"The technician was incredibly knowledgeable and professional. He diagnosed our washing machine issue in 10 minutes and had parts on his truck. Highly recommend A-Team!"
"Called at 8am about our dryer, they showed up by 11am. Friendly tech, honest pricing, and fixed on first visit. This is the only appliance repair company I'll ever call in Affton, MO."
"I was skeptical at first because I'd been burned by other repair companies before, but A-Team completely changed my expectations. My oven's heating element burned out the week before Thanksgiving. I called in a panic and they had a technician at my door within 3 hours. He was courteous, wore shoe covers without being asked, explained exactly what was wrong, and showed me the old broken part before replacing it. The repair cost was exactly what they quoted — not a penny more. My oven worked perfectly for the holiday. I've already referred three neighbors!"
"My LG dishwasher was leaving dishes dirty and making a loud grinding noise during every cycle. I'd already tried two other repair companies who gave me wildly different diagnoses and quotes. A-Team came in, ran a proper diagnostic, and identified a worn wash arm bearing and a clogged filter — a simple fix that the others had completely missed. The tech was done in under an hour, and the price was more than fair. The dishwasher has been running silently and cleaning perfectly for four months now. This is what professional service looks like."
"As a property manager, I deal with appliance repairs constantly across multiple units. A-Team is the only company I trust to send to my tenants unsupervised. They show up on time, communicate professionally, do quality work, and never try to upsell unnecessary repairs. Their invoicing is clean and detailed, which makes accounting a breeze. In the past two years I've called them over 20 times and they've never let me down once. If you manage rental properties in Affton, MO, stop looking — A-Team is your answer."
"Our Samsung front-load washer developed a terrible mildew smell and started leaking from the door seal. I was ready to just buy a new machine, but my wife insisted we call A-Team first. I'm so glad she did. The technician replaced the door boot seal, deep-cleaned the drum and gasket area, and taught us how to properly maintain the washer going forward to prevent future buildup. Total cost was a fraction of a new machine, and the washer smells and runs like brand new. Honest, skilled, and incredibly thorough — I couldn't ask for more."
"I have a high-end Bosch refrigerator that stopped making ice and started running constantly. A few appliance companies I called said they didn't service Bosch or quoted me astronomical prices just for the diagnostic. A-Team had no problem with it whatsoever. The technician clearly knew the brand inside and out. He identified a faulty ice maker module and a refrigerant issue, explained both problems clearly, gave me a combined quote that saved me money versus fixing them separately, and had everything repaired in one visit. My refrigerator has been perfect for five months. Worth every penny and then some."
"My gas stove had two burners that wouldn't ignite and a third that would ignite but stay on at full blast regardless of the knob setting — a genuinely dangerous situation. I called A-Team first thing in the morning and they classified it as a priority job given the safety concern. A technician arrived within 90 minutes. He replaced two faulty igniter switches and recalibrated the gas valve on the problematic burner, then tested every burner thoroughly before leaving. He also noticed a small gas odor near the back of the stove and tightened a fitting that had worked loose over time — something I never would have caught myself. That kind of attention to detail is why A-Team has earned a customer for life."
